請允許我代表中國大陸的1.3億B型肝炎攜帶者, 請求得到你們的關注.
由於中國失敗的公共衛生政策, 約有1.3億人變成了B型肝炎病毒攜帶者.
由於無所不在的歧視,他們無法獲得教育\工作和基本人權.
他們被學校, 公司,政府拒之門外.
你們知道,B型肝炎是一種血液疾病, 不會通過一般途徑傳播給他人.
但無所不在的歧視迫使我們放棄了幾乎一切.
-->由於是攜帶者,我們被學校拒絕,喪失了受教育的權利.
-->由於是攜帶者, 我們被公司拒絕,喪失了工作的權利, 我們失去了工作,無法謀生.
-->由於是攜帶者,我們失去了愛人,朋友. 因為他們對HBV一無所知.
我們是父親,母親,兄弟,姐妹,孩子,學生,工人,工程師...我們是公民!,但由於HBV, 我們變成了次等公民!
我們一無所有.
這並不是我們的錯,為什麼我們要承擔如此後果?
我們需要教育, 我們要工作,我們需要愛,我們需要平等的權利..我們需要生命中一切美好的東西.
我們要生存!
在你們的強烈關注下,現在HIV病人已經得到了法律的保護, 但我們呢?這一遠遠大於HIV群體的社區?
由於中國政府的信息封鎖,你們以前可能對我們的情況一無所知.
但現在我有能力傳達這一信息:
我們絕望,我們無助!

Dear Ms/Mr:
On the behalf of 130,000,000+ HBV carriers in mainland China. I'd like to request your attention on our situation.
Due to the failure of China's public health policy, More than 130,000,000 people became HBV carriers. and now they are in serious condition.
They can not gain education, work and basic human rights because of DISCRIMINATION EVERYWHERE.
They are rejected by schools, enterprises, governments and etc.
As you know that HBV is a blood disease and will not infect the public in normal condition.
But the discrimination is EVERYWHERE and we are obliged to give up almost anything in our life
--->We are rejected by schools because of HBV and lost our education right.
--->We are rejected by almost all company (Multi-nation companies included also) and lost our labor right.
and be unemployed. We can not make our living....
--->We are rejected by our lovers, friends.... because of HBV. They know nothing about HBV and scared with the disease!
We are: Fathers, Mothers, brothers, sisters, children, students, workers, engineers...we are citizens!...But we are low-level citizens because of HBV and
We are NOTHING.
Why we suffered? It's not our bad and We will not infect the others!!
We want education! Work! Love!Friends!right of equality! and all beautiful things in our life!
WE WANNA RIGHT OF SURVIVAL
Because of your serious attention on HIV and now HIV-ers are protected by law. But how about us? A far more larger society in China with 130,000,000+
people???
You may know nothing about us before because of the information restrict policy of Chinese government.
And now I have the ability to pass the message to you all.
We are hopeless and helpless.
Please allow me to represent my people to ask for your help.
